Qualifications

• Prefer prior secretarial/receptionist experience.
• Must pass drug screen and background checks (MVR, KBI, Child Abuse & Neglect, Adult Registry).
• FBI fingerprint check required.
• Lifting up to 50 lbs and valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary receptionist, greeting visitors and answering phones.
• Provide clerical and administrative support to staff.
• Perform light cleaning and upkeep of reception area.
• Report critical incidents per policy.
• Maintain compliance with SOPs, laws, and contracts.
• Protect clients' rights, privacy, and safety.
