Jobot is seeking an experienced Foundry Supervisor to lead the evening shift (5pm–3am, Mon–Thu) at our Pleasant Hill, MO facility. You will supervise a team of about 20, develop schedules, mentor staff, and ensure safe, efficient operations.

You have at least 3 years in a foundry/casting environment with leadership experience; strong safety, communication, and continuous improvement skills are essential. Great benefits and growth opportunities offered.

Qualificações

• Minimum 3 years in a foundry/casting environment (permanent mold).
• At least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Experience in scheduling, planning and coordinating resources.
• Strong training and mentoring abilities.
• Excellent reporting on production performance.
• Commitment to safety protocols and procedures.
• Proven leadership and communication across teams.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and supervise a diverse team of ~20 on the evening shift.
• Develop and implement production schedules to hit targets.
• Train and mentor team members for continuous improvement.
• Monitor and report production performance; drive improvements.
• Coordinate with other departments and stakeholders.
• Ensure strict safety adherence and a safe work environment.
• Address issues and conflicts to maintain productivity.
• Drive continuous improvement of processes and systems.
