Job summary

Gebhart is seeking a Reverb and Rotary Crew Supervisor to oversee production operations during shifts in a foundry environment. The role includes guiding operators, maintaining safety standards, and coordinating with the Production Manager to maximize output and quality.

Candidates should have foundry experience or related leadership potential, with forklift certification preferred and on-the-job training available.

Qualifications

• Previous foundry experience preferred.
• Forklift license required – on the job training and licensure will be provided.
• Previous leadership experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Motivate, support, and provide guidance to production staff
• Ensure that safety standards are met to keep the organization accident free
• Troubleshoot production issues
• End of shift reporting to ensure maximum output and quality is being met
• Communicate regularly with production manager
• Evaluate machines and equipment to ensure continued production with minimal downtime
• Work alongside operators to maintain production
• Regular and timely attendance are an expectation of the position.
• Follow the 5S foundations for deploying lean production tools and processes.
