Job summary

Samuel, Son & Co. in Riverside, CA is hiring a Foundry Worker to support molten metal handling, casting operations, and pre/post cast activities in a night shift. This role requires strict safety adherence, physical fitness, and flexibility to work overtime.

Responsibilities include operating a forklift, maintaining metal flow, and following work instructions in a fast-paced foundry environment. HS diploma required; metal casting experience preferred; competitive hourly pay with benefits.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a manufacturing industry.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Able to work any shift and overtime as needed.
• Experience in metal casting or foundry is highly preferred.
• Capable of lifting 50 lbs, occasionally up to 70 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Follow safety rules and company procedures.
• Work with molten metal in foundry.
• Maintain consistent metal flow to casting table.
• Plug/unplug melting furnace and assist with pre/post cast operations.
• Load/unload metal-logs from equipment.

Qualifications

• Experience in Metal casting/ Metal manufacturing/ Foundry experience is highly Preferred.

The pay for this position is $20.00 - $21.17. If you are hired, your base salary will be determined based on factors such as geographic locations, skills, education, and/or experience.
