Job summary

Trialco Aluminum, LLC is seeking a Production Supervisor to oversee shift production staff and ensure safety, quality, and efficiency. The role requires leading a team in a foundry setting, coordinating daily production plans, and driving continuous improvement.

You will mentor employees, manage schedules, monitor performance, and partner with maintenance and plant management to resolve issues while upholding the company's quality standards and safety policies.

Qualifications

• Must be willing to work in a foundry manufacturing environment.
• Must follow all safety protocols and wear required PPE.
• Experience supervising production staff preferred.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Train and manage production employees on the assigned shift.
• Schedule manpower according to daily production schedule.
• Oversee the daily workflow and assignments on the shift.
• Provide constructive and timely performance evaluations.
• Start up procedures for furnaces, bag house, line feeder, ovens, computers.
• Understand and operate all equipment; contact maintenance as needed.
• Ensure ingot quality and adherence to specs.
• Maintain safety and housekeeping.
• Control cooling water for the casting line.
• Report issues to Plant Manager.
