Qualifications

• Nine months of full-time food production experience in a high-volume setting, or six months in a correctional/secured environment, or completion of a vocational/technical school program in commercial cooking.

Responsibilities

• Supervise incarcerated workers in the preparation, presentation, handling, serving and cleanup of daily meals.
• Monitor and enforce safety and sanitation standards in the food services area.
• Maintain a secure environment while ensuring meals meet quality and nutrition standards and service timelines.
