Job summary

Pures Food Specialties LLC is hiring a QA Technician in Broadview, IL to safeguard product safety and quality. You will perform sampling, testing, and documentation to ensure compliance with GMPs, HACCP, and customer requirements.

The role reports to the QA Manager and collaborates with production and quality teams. Responsibilities include evaluating materials, enforcing supplier quality, and supporting environmental monitoring programs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma and some college science courses or experience in the food industry.

Responsibilities

• Protect food through sampling, testing, and documentation to meet regulatory and customer requirements.
• Maintain GMPs and HACCP procedures for food safety and quality.
• Report issues to supervisor and participate in daily food evaluation for defects.
• Coordinate with Production Supervisors and QA Technicians at shift changes.
