Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day plant operations to ensure smooth and efficient production.
• Supervise Production and QA teams; help optimize lean processes and maximize yield.
• Ensure conformance with food safety and quality practices with QA collaboration.
• Train staff, implement process improvements, review reports to minimize costs and delays.
• Develop supervisors across areas, handle scheduling and equipment issues.
• Provide coaching for productivity targets and discipline as needed.
• Promote continuous improvement and employee engagement.
