Johnny's Speakeasy in Royal Oak is seeking a confident, organized Host & Floor Lead for Thursday through Saturday evenings. You will oversee the door, reservations, and guest flow, lead the floor during service, and ensure a polished guest experience from arrival through seating.

The role emphasizes ownership of the reservation book, proactive problem-solving, and teamwork to keep service moving smoothly. Experience in high-volume hospitality is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage a busy reservation book and guest flow during the evening
• Lead floor operations and communicate with servers, bartenders and management
• Rotate seating for balance and pacing, handle walk-ins and communicate wait times
• Respond to guest text line during service and relay important notes
• Provide pre-shift updates and relay reservations, VIPs and special requests
