Hotel Royal Oak is seeking an experienced hospitality professional to run a front desk and craft cocktails in a vibrant hybrid role in Royal Oak, Michigan. You’ll engage guests, coordinate reservations, and ensure the atmosphere is welcoming and fun. The role blends guest services with beverage service in a boutique setting.

Candidates with hotel, restaurant or cocktail-bar backgrounds who enjoy connecting with people will thrive. Evening and weekend availability is important.

Qualifications

• Previous front desk or hospitality experience.
• Experience bartending or beverage service is a plus.
• Strong communication and guest-service skills.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Check guests in and out and manage reservations and guest accounts.
• Answer phones, texts, and guest questions with professionalism.
• Assist with room assignments and reservation changes.
• Provide recommendations for Royal Oak and nearby area.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance for a smooth stay.
• Prepare cocktails and beverage service in the lobby/bar areas.
• Maintain clean bar stations, monitor supplies, and handle POS transactions.
• Create a welcoming, energetic atmosphere and memorable experiences.
