Job summary

Crothall Healthcare is hiring immediately for a full-time Floor Technician at Novant Health, 6915 Village Medical Circle, Clemmons, NC 27012. The role focuses on floor maintenance, restoration, and operation of industrial floor care equipment, with a 4:00 pm - 12:00 am schedule and rotating weekends.

Qualified candidates should have prior floor care experience, knowledge of floor care equipment, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a floor care technician or in related role preferred.
• Knowledge of floor care equipment and techniques.
• Ability to follow safety procedures.
• Requires frequent lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling of up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Maintain knowledge of hard-surface floor maintenance and use procedures (stripping, refinishing, burnishing, spray cleaning, spray buffing).
• Operate various types of industrial floor care equipment.
• Utilize automated equipment for cleaning large floor areas.
• Perform carpet/upholstery care (shampooing, damp surface, extractions, spot cleaning, vacuuming).
• Perform maintenance and restoration for all floor surface types.
• Other duties as assigned by manager.
