Crothall Healthcare, a Compass Group company, is hiring a full-time Floor Technician at Novant Health Matthews Medical Center in Matthews, NC. The role covers floor maintenance, restoration, and operation of industrial floor care equipment.

Schedule is 3:00 pm–11:00 pm with rotating weekends and holidays; prior floor care experience preferred and lifting up to 50 lbs is expected. Benefits include medical and dental insurance, 401K, and PTO.

Qualifications

• Prior floor care experience preferred.
• Knowledge of floor care equipment and techniques.
• Ability to follow safety procedures.
• Requires frequent lifting up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Maintain hard-surface floor maintenance and proper care procedures.
• Operate industrial floor care equipment.
• Use automated equipment to clean large floor areas.
• Perform carpet and upholstery cleaning and vacuuming.
• Carry out floor restorative processes.
• Other duties as assigned by manager.
