Job summary

Crothall Healthcare is hiring Floor Technician at Novant Health Huntersville Medical Center, Huntersville, NC. Qualifications

• Previous experience as a floor care technician or in related role preferred
• Knowledge of floor care equipment and techniques
• Ability to follow safety procedures

Responsibilities

• Maintain knowledge of hard-surface floor maintenance and proper procedures for stripping, refinishing, burnishing, spray cleaning, and spray buffing
• Operate industrial floor care equipment
• Use automated equipment for large area floor cleaning
• Perform carpet and upholstery care including shampooing, damp surface, extractions, spot cleaning, vacuuming
• Carry out maintenance and restoration for all floor surface types
• Perform other duties as assigned by manager
