Qualifications

• Two (2) years of custodial work experience required, with at least one year in a supervisory role.
• Must pass pre-employment background checks and drug screening and be able to obtain government security clearance.
• Valid Driver's License required.
• Good oral and written communication skills; ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Plan daily work activities and assign duties to crew.
• Supervise crew to ensure work meets contract specifications.
• Inspect areas to verify completion of scheduled work.
• Instruct on cleaning techniques, new methods, and equipment use.
• Readjust assignments to cover emergencies or absences.
• Maintain inventory of equipment and supplies; order as needed.
• Maintain attendance records and prepare crew time sheets.
• Schedule vacations for crew members.
• Keep laundry records at locations with uniforms.
• Maintain contact with parents/guardians of differently-abled crew members.
