Responsibilities

• S sweeps and mops hallways, stairs and offices.
• Empties tenants' waste baskets and disposes of trash.
• Waxes and buffs floors with prescribed buffers.
• Cleans glass and windows.
• Washes walls and other vertical surfaces.
• Performs snow removal if required by contract specifications.
• Strips and waxes floors and vacuums rugs.
• Maintains issued equipment and notifies supervisor when supplies are needed.
• Supervises temporary workers and assumes foreman duties when needed.
