Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 1 year custodial experience is required.
• Floor care experience is required; some supervisory experience preferred.
• Must be able to pass security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Sweep and mop floors, stairs, and offices.
• Empty tenants' waste baskets and dispose of trash.
• Dust horizontal surfaces.
• Wax and buff floors with specified buffers.
• Routinely clean glass and windows.
• Wash walls and other vertical surfaces.
• Perform snow removal if required by contract.
• Polish kick panels, doorknobs, and fixtures.
• Strip and wax floors.
• Vacuum rugs.
• Mix cleaning solutions.
• Maintain issued equipment.
• Notify supervisor when supplies/equipment are needed.
• Supervise activities of assigned workers temporarily.
• Assume responsibility for crew during foreman's absence.
• Perform other duties assigned by Custodial Foreman.
