Job summary

Republic Services is seeking a Fleet Maintenance Supervisor in the Lewisville, TX area to lead a skilled technician team responsible for preventive maintenance and repair of fleet equipment including trucks and heavy machinery. You will guide safety-oriented repairs, manage shop workflows, and ensure regulatory compliance.

The role requires 3 years in heavy equipment maintenance with at least 1 year in a supervisory capacity, plus ASE certifications.

Qualifications

• 3 years of maintenance experience with heavy equipment.
• 1 year of supervisory or lead technician experience.
• Ability to interpret and apply safety, DOT and OSHA regulations.

Responsibilities

• Provide direction to lead technicians and ensure safe, efficient repairs.
• Oversee maintenance shop operations and daily huddles with the team.
• Conduct performance evaluations and coaching; manage hiring decisions with HR.
