Job summary

Sonshine Commercial Cleaning is hiring a Field Operations Assistant for a full-time, hourly role. You will cover cleaning assignments, perform deep cleaning, deliver supplies, and assist with training after training completion.

The position reports to the General Manager and operates across customer locations with a six-hour guaranteed pay per scheduled workday. The role is non-supervisory and requires ability to work 4:00 PM to midnight, Monday through Friday, with potential split shifts and

Responsibilities

• Prioritize coverage for open cleaning positions and complete the full cleaning scope.
• Learn customer account requirements and follow run sheets and checklists.
• Complete detailing, deep cleaning, and other projects when coverage is low.
• Prepare, load, transport, and place cleaning supplies at locations.
• Demonstrate procedures to new employees after training and provide progress updates.
