Job summary

SOLID Surface Care, Inc. is seeking a Field Manager to lead and supervise field staff during evening operations, ensuring all jobs are completed to standard and properly closed out. This role requires hands-on leadership, training, and clear communication with clients and management.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of general managerial experience.
• 2+ years of general maintenance or cleaning experience.
• Overnight travel for group training events.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• English language proficiency in speaking, reading, and writing.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Outlook.
• Strong knowledge of SOLID operations and KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Execute operations plan weekly/monthly in line with SOW and after-hours work orders.
• Ensure field staff have knowledge and training to execute jobs.
• Travel to job sites to anticipate site logistics and security for teams.
• Perform pre- and post-service walk-throughs and record observations in ERP.
• Drive a SOLID vehicle and conduct on-site inspections.
• Maintain safety and OSHA compliance across operations.
• Maintain inventory of 30 days of stock and spare parts.
• Provide daily reporting of hours, materials, and data.
