Job summary

ServiceMaster Clean By Prime is seeking a hands-on Field Operations Supervisor to oversee daily cleaning services, supervise staff, ensure client satisfaction, and drive continuous improvement. This role requires active contributions, including coverage and on-site cleaning when needed, to maintain service quality.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in management, strong leadership, process discipline, and solid knowledge of cleaning equipment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in operations or management, preferably in cleaning facilities.
• Proven leadership, staff mentoring and performance management.
• Experience with workflow optimization and scheduling processes.
• Customer-facing with strong problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with commercial cleaning equipment and techniques.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily commercial cleaning and specialty service operations.
• Lead and train cleaning staff, supervisors, and subcontractors.
• Conduct site inspections and maintain quality control practices.
• Serve as main client contact and ensure satisfaction.
• Optimize schedules and manage workforce efficiency.
• Monitor inventory and cleaning equipment readiness.
• Apply lean methods to improve service delivery and reduce waste.
• Ensure OSHA compliance and safety adherence.
• Track KPIs and report performance to leadership.
