AB Hires and Consulting LLC is seeking a motivated Field Operations Manager to oversee daily field operations and lead a small team. You will begin with hands-on training, learn cleaning standards, and progress into leadership.

The role requires coordinating staff, visiting job sites, ensuring quality, and solving on-site challenges while maintaining safety and company procedures. Hours are 8 am – 4 pm with hourly pay.

Formación

• Experience in commercial cleaning or facilities operations.
• Previous team leadership or supervisory experience.
• Willingness to learn hands-on cleaning procedures.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage a small team and coordinate daily responsibilities.
• Active NY Driver's License.
• Ability to travel between job sites as needed.

Responsabilidades

• Help establish and improve operational processes as the company grows.
• Other duties as assigned

The ideal candidate will learn the company's cleaning standards and procedures, then take responsibility for coordinating staff, overseeing job sites, and ensuring high-quality service.

Responsibilities:

• Learn the company's cleaning procedures and service standards through hands-on training.
• Train, supervise, and manage a team.
• Coordinate daily assignments, schedules, and field operations.

Qualifications:

• Experience in commercial cleaning, janitorial services, facilities, or field operations is preferred.
• Previous team leadership or supervisory experience is a plus.
• Willingness to learn hands-on cleaning procedures and lead by example.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage a small team and coordinate daily responsibilities.
• Reliable, punctual, proactive, and comfortable with hands‑on work.
• Active NY Drivers License
• Ability to travel between job sites as needed.

Hours: 8 am - 4 pm

Salary: $25-$35/hour
