Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Eight years of related experience and four years of supervisory experience.
• Experience in facilities, office services, or workplace operations.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the evening shift and ensure operational needs are met.
• Oversee ~25 staff including internal and external personnel.
• Coordinate event breakdowns, mail, and supply operations.
• Lead training and maintain process documentation.
• Monitor adherence to budget, attendance, and service standards.
