Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP seeks a Facility Management Supervisor in New York, onsite. The role oversees the evening shift, supervising ~25 staff and external vendors, ensuring facilities services align with firm policies, and supporting ongoing operations and events.

The position requires extensive facilities experience, strong leadership, and hands-on management of CAFM/BMS systems. Flexibility to adjust hours and priorities is essential in a fast-paced law firm environment.

Qualificações

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum eight years of related experience in facilities/office services.
• Experience supervising a blended staff and coordinating vendor personnel.
• Strong leadership, communication, and budgeting capabilities.
• Knowledge of CAFM, BMS, and related facilities systems.
• Ability to develop training materials and lead process improvements.

Responsabilidades

• Supervises the evening shift and ensures operational needs are met.
• Directs ~25 staff including external vendors.
• Oversees event breakdown, room resets, mail and supply support.
• Monitors attendance, overtime, and timesheet accuracy.
• Coordinates with building staff and vendors to maintain operations.
• Leads training for procedures and tech systems.
• Develops and updates departmental guidelines and docs.
