Job summary

HonorHealth is hiring an experienced RN for the Emergency Department at Four Peaks Medical Center in Mesa, AZ. Evening shift (1500-0330) with a $15,000 sign-on bonus. The RN will assess patients, administer medications, initiate IV therapy, and coordinate care with a multidisciplinary team.

Required experience includes ER or acute care nursing and BSN preferred, with strong patient and family education skills. The role emphasizes evidence-based practice and safety in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• RN practice guided by ANA Standards and Code of Ethics.
• Knowledge of nursing principles and procedures.
• Able to administer medications and start IV lines.
• Provide patient and family education.
• Precept new staff and students.
• Stroke knowledge required for staff caring for stroke patients.

Responsibilities

• Collect health data and develop patient-centered care plans.
• Identify outcomes and plan of care.
• Implement interventions including medications and IV therapy.
• Document observations and evaluate progress.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to provide care.
