Job summary

Pay is $20.36 per hour plus a $1.50 shift differential; familiarity with schematics and wiring panels is required. Candidates should have 1+ year in mechanical assembly and wiring, basic English, and be legally authorized to work in the U.S.

Qualifications

• 1+ year experience in mechanical assembly or related field.
• 1+ year experience with commercial or industry wiring.
• Basic proficiency in English (reading, writing, speaking).
• Ability to read schematics, layouts and wire lists with minimal supervision.
• Experience using standard hand and power tools and reading a tape measure.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Perform sub-assembly and final wiring with high accuracy and workmanship.
• Work with large power cables and ensure correct crimping methods.
• Assemble components on panels per layouts or drawings.
• Record job transactions and read BOMs and drawings.
• Set and use torque wrenches per processes and seek improvements.
• Adhere to safety policies and be a strong team player.
