Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in mechanical assembly or a related mechanical field.
• 1+ years’ experience with commercial or industry wiring.
• Basic proficiency in English, including reading, writing, and speaking.
• Ability to read schematic drawings, layouts, and wire lists with minimal supervision.
• Experience using standard hand and power tools, including pneumatic and battery-powered tools.

Responsibilities

• Perform sub-assembly and final wiring with high accuracy and workmanship.
• Work with large power cables, ensure correct crimping, and assemble on panels.
• Record job transactions, read BOMs, follow layouts and drawings.
• Set and use torque wrenches correctly and seek process improvements.
• Adhere to safety policies and be a strong team player.
• Perform miscellaneous duties as assigned by the Supervisor or Management.
