Job summary

TS Tech Americas, Inc. is seeking a dedicated EHS Administrator to oversee safety and environmental programs on site. The role emphasizes OSHA recordkeeping, training, and ensuring compliance with applicable regulations.

The successful candidate will coordinate audits, incident investigations, and safety committee activities, while supporting ISO 14001/EMS conformance and continuous improvement initiatives within the plant.

Qualifications

• Extensive knowledge of Safety and Environmental practices and procedures.
• Experience with OSHA recordkeeping and safety audits.
• Ability to train associates and support safety committees.

Responsibilities

• Support the administration of EHS (Safety) section activities and practices.
• Support the maintenance of appropriate permits and ensure conformance with government regulations.
• Conduct Associate training, including New Hire Orientation Safety and Environmental training as needed.
• Observe and analyze workforce performance with regard to safety and environmental systems, recommending specific measures and/ or changes to safety program.
• Conduct applicable plant audits and issue appropriate reports.
• Respond to questions regarding safety and environmental issues.
• Investigate and report accidents, injuries, & incidents recommending improvements or corrective actions.
• Assist with EHS (Safety) related associate matters as needed.
• Support Management Safety Committee and Associate Safety Committee meetings
• Support Plant Wide presentations and meetings.
• Member of the Emergency Action Team and First Aid certified.
• Liaise with outside physicians/vendors pertaining to industrial injuries as needed.
• Support incident, injury and illness reporting, including OSHA recordkeeping.
• Support development of 5S, TPM and Kaizen programs.
• Provide support to managers and supervisors with safety, environmental, first aid, or ergonomic needs.
• Will be responsible for the administration of the EMS and ISO 14001 conformance.
• Effective planning including personal and sectional monthly plans.
• Support business plan activities including planning, reporting, and aligning daily work.
• All other duties as assigned.
• Requires extensive knowledge of Safety and Environmental practices and procedures.
• It is an essential function of this position that Associates be on the work site in person to perform their job duties throughout each scheduled work week because TSIN operates most effectively with the kind of teamwork, personal interaction, and supervision that simply cannot be had in a home office situation.
• Must be able to utilize customer specific portals and databases as they align with the above duties.
