Job summary

Emerson is seeking an EH&S Specialist in the United States to collaborate with the plant manager on developing and implementing Environmental, Health and Safety programs. You will provide safety training, report incidents, conduct inspections, and drive continuous improvement with internal teams and external regulators.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years relevant work experience in a safety role.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety management systems.
• Experience or familiarity with ISO-14001, 45001 standards is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Implement and ensure compliance with EHS policies and regulatory reporting.
• Investigate plant incidents and unsafe conditions; identify root causes and track corrective actions.
• Lead safety audits, observations, and training initiatives to improve safety culture.
