Job summary

Penn Medicine is seeking a Supervisor to oversee patient registration processes, bed control, and admissions for ED and WBH triage. You will supervise staff, ensure accurate data entry in the teletracking and related systems, and drive customer service excellence.

The role requires 2–5 years in patient registration and strong interpersonal skills. Evening shift, 3:00pm–11:00pm, with full-time hours and compliance with health program regulations.

Qualifications

• HS diploma and healthcare provider in good standing with Medicare, Medicaid and other federal health programs.
• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• 2–5 years knowledge of patient registration.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Supervise patient registration processes and admissions workflow.
• Oversee ED, WBH triage and registration operations.
• Ensure data accuracy and proper entry into registration systems.
• Develop and enforce patient service standards and scripting.
• Monitor performance and provide coaching to staff.
