Spring Health is seeking an experienced licensed mental health professional to join our EAP Management Consultation team. You will provide management consultations to enhance employee wellbeing and coordinate critical incident responses, reporting to the Spring Health Clinical Manager.

You will work 1:30pm-10pm ET, handle incoming queues, and ensure proper intake and documentation while guiding counselors and HR managers through EAP protocols and referrals.

Qualifications

• Must hold an LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or Psychologist license.
• 3+ years of independent licensure experience.
• SAP qualified preferred.
• CEAP certification preferred.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• Experience with EAP programs and critical incident response.

Responsabilités

• Provide management consultation that enhances employee wellbeing and workplace effectiveness (1:30pm-10pm ET).
• Coordinate critical incident response requests.
• Deliver virtual critical incident response requests.
• Complete management referral intakes per guidelines; guide EAP protocols to counselors.
• Process daily shifts on an incoming queue and meet SLA requirements.
• Provide follow-up to monitor employee compliance and feedback to supervisors/HR.
• Ensure paperwork is in place to coordinate follow-up with providers and HR/Managers.
• Provide limited after care monitoring for safety and continuation of treatment.
• Assess risk and manage crises with in-the-moment support and safety planning.
• Identify and problem-solve issues that disrupt care with leadership support.
• Act as SMEs on customer benefits to provide referrals and support navigation teams.
• Maintain accurate documentation meeting risk/regulatory requirements.
