Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Valid driver's license with the ability to transport individuals in agency vehicles.
• Ability to complete required background checks and health screenings.
• Ability to complete required training programs and maintain necessary certifications.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily living activities and personal care.
• Monitor health information and document vital signs; manage medication records as trained.
• Provide community inclusion through transport to appointments and events.
• Prepare meals and assist with mealtimes according to dietary needs.
• Assist with mobility and transfers using approved techniques and equipment.
• Maintain accurate documentation in the EHR and comply with regulations.
