The role covers daily living activities, health monitoring, transportation, mealtime support, documentation, and emergency procedures. Paid training is provided, with differential pay for some shifts.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or GED completed.
• Valid driver’s license to transport individuals in agency vehicles.
• Ability to pass background checks and health screenings.
• Willingness to complete required training and certifications.

Responsibilities

• Support daily living activities to promote independence and dignity.
• Monitor health information and maintain accurate records.
• Transport individuals to appointments and activities using agency vehicles.
• Assist with meals and nutritional needs according to menus and preferences.
• Document care activities in the electronic health record (EHR).
• Follow safety protocols, emergency procedures, and behavioral supports.
