Job summary

The Arc of Ocean County is seeking Direct Support Professionals (DSP) for evening shifts in our Residential Services team. You will help adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities enjoy everyday life and support them to live as independently as possible.

We provide paid training and offer both Full-Time and Part-Time evening opportunities. Weekend availability is required, with shifts from 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM and bi-weekly pay.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Valid New Jersey driver's license in good standing with no more than five points.
• Background checks and onboarding requirements are required.

Responsibilities

• Assist adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities in evening routines.
• Prepare meals, assist with personal care, medications, housekeeping, and laundry.
• Support individuals in activities of daily living and independence at home.
