Job summary

The Arc of Ocean County is hiring Full-Time Evening Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to support adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities in our Residential Services programs. No prior experience is required; paid training and ongoing support help you learn and grow in a professional residential team.

Starting pay is $20.70 per hour, with earnings up to $24.70 per hour via shift differentials and overtime.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Valid New Jersey driver's license in good standing with no more than five points.
• Strong communication, teamwork, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist adults with daily living across residential homes and supported living programs.
• Provide personal care, meals, medication, transportation, and other evening tasks.
• Encourage independence and participation in routines.
• Complete electronic documentation and program records accurately and on time.
