Job summary

Trash Butler’s Butler Plus team is seeking energetic individuals for nightly doorstep trash and recycling collection in multifamily communities, with training provided.

Shifts Sundays through Thursdays, starting 8:00 pm and lasting about 2–3 hours, using our field app for timekeeping and reporting. Must own an open-bed pickup truck and have a valid driver’s license. Competitive pay and growth opportunities offered.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Customer service experience is a plus.
• Own an open bed pickup truck (required at most properties).
• Have a valid driver's license and auto insurance in your name or listed as an authorized driver on the insurance.

Responsibilities

• Ensure satisfactory completion of nightly doorstep trash/recycling collection during service evenings.
• Use the assigned trash tote or cart to collect bagged trash from each resident doorstep.
• Use Trash Butler's field app for timekeeping, check-in/out, and reporting.
• Safely transport collected trash using an open-bed pickup truck or cart, disposing of it in the on-site dumpsters, compactors or chute rooms.
• Perform additional services at assigned communities as needed.
• Maintain daily communication with your supervisor to ensure workflow.
• Work quietly and efficiently to minimize disturbance to residents.
• Adhere to company values and policies.
• Other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
