Job summary

Butler Plus in the United States invites motivated individuals to join our doorstep valet trash team. You'll perform nightly curbside trash and recycling collection in multifamily communities, using an open-bed pickup truck and our field app to log time and report progress.

No prior experience required as we provide training. Work Sunday through Thursday evenings, about 2–3 hours, earning $1,100 per month plus incentives; must have a valid driver's license and auto insurance, and access to a

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Customer service experience is a plus.
• Pre-employment background check and clean driving history required.

Responsibilities

• Perform nightly doorstep trash/recycling collection during service evenings.
• Collect bagged trash from each resident doorstep using the tote or cart.
• Use the company field app for timekeeping, check-in/out, and reporting.
• Transport trash with an open-bed pickup truck and dispose on-site.
• Assist with additional services such as porter, bulk item hauling, or pressure washing as needed.
• Maintain daily communication with supervisor to ensure workflow efficiency.
• Work quietly to minimize noise and adhere to core values.
• Lift up to 25 lbs and climb stairs as part of daily duties.
