Job summary

Butler Plus is seeking dependable team members for nightly doorstep trash and recycling collection in multifamily communities. You will use a trash tote, operate the company app for timekeeping and reporting, and safely dispose of waste at on-site dumpsters. Training is provided, and no prior experience is required.

Shifts run Sunday through Thursday evenings from 8:00pm until finished (roughly 2–3 hours). Pay is competitive at $1,200 per month with semi-monthly pay and incentive programs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Customer service experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Ensure satisfactory completion of nightly doorstep trash/recycling collection during service evenings.
• Utilize the assigned trash tote or cart to collect bagged trash from each resident doorstep.
• Utilize Butler Plus’s field app for timekeeping, check-in/out and reporting.
• Safely transport collected trash using your open-bed pickup truck or cart and dispose of it in on-site dumpsters, compactors or chute rooms.
• Perform additional services as needed at assigned communities, including porter service, bulk item hauling, and more.
• Maintain daily communication with your supervisor to ensure an efficient workflow.
• Work quietly and efficiently, minimizing noise to residents.

• Lift up to 25 lbs. and climb stairs; work outdoors in varying weather.
