Job summary

Butler Plus is hiring for a part-time evening role in Celebration, FL. You will perform doorstep trash and recycling collection across multifamily communities, using a company app for timekeeping and reporting. Training is provided, and you will work Sundays through Fridays evenings, about 2–3 hours per shift.

Must own an open-bed pickup truck with valid license and insurance where required. No prior experience required; growth opportunities exist within a growing company.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience is a plus.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and work outdoors in various weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Ensure satisfactory completion of nightly doorstep trash/recycling collection during service evenings.
• Utilize the assigned trash tote or cart to collect bagged trash from each resident doorstep.
• Use Butler Plus’s field app for timekeeping, check-in/out, and reporting.
• Safely transport collected trash with an open-bed pickup truck or cart and dispose of it in on-site dumpsters or chutes.
