Job summary

Butler Plus in Florida is seeking an energetic team member for nightly doorstep trash and recycling collection at multifamily communities. You'll work Sunday through Thursday evenings from 8:00pm until finish (about 2–3 hours) using an open-bed pickup truck.

You'll log time and outcomes with our field app, transport bagged waste to on-site dumpsters, and perform related porter and light maintenance tasks. Training is provided; a valid driver’s license and vehicle insurance are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Customer service experience is a plus.
• Must own an open bed pickup truck.
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Ensure nightly doorstep trash/recycling collection during service evenings.
• Use the assigned trash tote or cart to collect bagged trash from each doorstep.
• Use Butler Plus’s field app for timekeeping, check-in/out and reporting.
• Safely transport trash using an open-bed pickup truck or cart and dispose of it in on-site dumpsters or chutes.
• Perform additional services (porter, bulk item hauling, pressure washing, etc.) as assigned.
• Maintain daily communication with your supervisor to ensure smooth workflow.
