Job summary

Butler Plus is seeking energetic individuals to perform nightly doorstep trash and recycling collection across multifamily communities. You will collect bagged trash from residents, use the field app for timekeeping and reporting, and safely transport waste to on-site dumpsters or chutes.

Flexibility to work 2–3 hours from 8:00pm, Sundays through Thursdays, with growth opportunities. No prior experience is required as training is provided; must have a valid driver's license and own an open-bed

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Customer service experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Ensure satisfactory completion of nightly doorstep trash/recycling collection during service evenings.
• Utilize the assigned trash tote or cart to collect bagged trash from each resident doorstep.
• Use the company's field app for timekeeping, check-in/out, and reporting.
• Safely transport collected trash using an open-bed pickup truck or cart and dispose of it on-site.
• Perform additional services as needed at assigned communities (porter, bulk item hauling, pressure washing, etc.).
• Maintain daily communication with supervisor to ensure a streamlined workflow.
• Work quietly and efficiently, minimizing noise to avoid disturbance to residents.

• Other duties as assigned by the supervisor/manager.
• Lift up to 25 lbs. and use hands/arms repetitively.
• Climb stairs in apartment buildings.
• Work outdoors and be exposed to various weather conditions.
• Own an open bed pickup truck (required at most properties).
• Have a valid driver's license and auto insurance in your name or as an authorized driver.
• Have a cell phone to download and use the company's app.
• Demonstrate self-motivation and reliability.
• Ability to work independently.
• Work efficiently without sacrificing quality of service.
