Job summary

Butler Plus is looking for energetic individuals to perform nightly doorstep trash and recycling collection in multifamily communities. You will work with an open-bed pickup truck (required) to collect bagged trash, use our field app for timekeeping and reporting, and handle occasional additional services such as porter work and bulk item hauling.

Responsibilities

• Complete nightly doorstep trash/recycling collection.
• Use the assigned tote/cart to collect bagged trash from resident doorsteps.
• Utilize the company app for timekeeping, check-in/out, and reporting.
• Transport collected trash with an open-bed pickup truck and dispose of it on-site.
• Perform additional services (porter, bulk item hauling, pressure washing, etc.).
• Maintain daily communication with supervisor to ensure smooth workflow.
• Work quietly to minimize disturbance to residents.
• Lift up to 25 lbs; climb stairs; work outdoors in various weather.
