Job summary

Butler Plus in Exton, PA is seeking part-time team members for nightly doorstep valet trash service in multifamily communities. You will collect bagged trash at resident doorsteps, use our field app for timekeeping and reporting, and transport waste with an open-bed pickup or cart.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Customer service experience is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Responsibilities

• Oversee nightly doorstep trash/recycling collection in service evenings.
• Use assigned tote/cart to collect bagged trash from resident doorsteps.
• Utilize Butler Plus’s field app for timekeeping, check-in/out, and reporting.
• Transport trash using an open-bed pickup truck or cart and dispose of it properly at dumpsters or chutes.
• Perform additional services at assigned communities (porter service, bulk item hauling, etc.).
• Maintain daily communication with supervisor to ensure smooth workflow.
• Work quietly to minimize disturbances for residents.
