University of Central Florida is seeking a Director of Housekeeping to lead and optimize custodial and maintenance operations across the main and satellite campuses. The role reports to Facilities Operations and drives service excellence, safety, and cost control on the PM shift.

Requirements include a Bachelor's or Master’s degree with 8+ years in facilities operations, including 3+ years in leadership. The position requires a valid driver's license and a salary range of $90,000–$135,000

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree required with 8+ years of relevant experience, including 3+ years in leadership.
• Experience managing large teams, budgeting, vendor contracts, and service quality.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee housekeeping, floor care, maintenance, and related operations across campus facilities.
• Direct daily custodial and maintenance activities within budget and timelines.
• Develop preventive maintenance, quality standards, and safety practices.
• Manage staff, provide coaching, and ensure training and resources.
• Monitor inspections, drive customer satisfaction, and coordinate with campus stakeholders.
