Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee housekeeping, floor care, basic maintenance, portering, and weekend operations.
• Direct daily custodial and maintenance operations within budget and priorities.
• Develop and monitor preventive maintenance and service programs.
• Establish policies, procedures, and performance standards in line with SOPs.
• Coach and develop supervisory staff to deliver high-quality services.
• Oversee procurement, vendor services, and supply management.
