Job summary

The Service Companies is seeking an experienced hotel housekeeping department leader to manage day-to-day operations across a multi-room property in Orlando. You will drive room turnover, guest service scores, and profitability while guiding a team and coordinating with client property leadership and corporate teams.

The ideal candidate has five years of housekeeping management in a large hotel, strong P&L acumen, and the ability to train, motivate, and enforce safety and appearance standards.

Qualifications

• Five years prior housekeeping management experience in a large hotel.
• Ability to understand and analyze the monthly P&L.
• Ability to speak publicly addressing a large group.
• Ability to push and pull 50 pounds.
• Ability to remain standing for extended periods of time.
• Must meet company and client’s appearance standards.
• Ability to work with a variety of cleaning equipment and chemicals.
• Ability to perform all duties as required with or without an accommodation.
• Ability to motivate and respect hourly employees.

Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the hotel housekeeping department.
• Oversee a base of several employees and ensure service quality and profitability.
• Act as the interface between client property senior management and corporate.
• Uphold high standards of cleanliness, safety, and conduct.
• Coach underperforming staff to improve performance and ensure training compliance.
• Ensure payroll and documentation are completed accurately and timely.
