Qualifications

• You'd make a great DSP if you have: empathy and ability to work in a team.
• Be at least 18 years old and hold a valid driver's license.
• Have a high school diploma or GED as a baseline qualification.
• Be willing to attend paid onsite orientation for ten days.

Responsibilities

• Ensure individuals are safe and healthy while attending the day program.
• Supervise, coach, and assist with daily living goals (food prep, cooking, cleaning, shopping).
• Supervise planning, implementation, and documentation of programs for social, emotional, physical needs.
• Plan and participate in community activities and outings for involvement.
• Schedule and transport individuals to and from the day program.
