Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; or 2+ years' experience with developmentally disabled individuals.
• Valid Arkansas driver''s license.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients in basic living skills and daily personal tasks (e.g., showers, dressing, housekeeping, meals, budgeting).
• Provide transportation to activities/appointments as needed with a valid driver''s license.
• Complete and maintain required documentation (behavior reports, incident reports, progress notes, forms) per policies.
• Maintain confidentiality and follow HIPAA and organizational policies.
