Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Valid New Jersey driver’s license with no more than five points.
• Ability to pass background checks and onboarding requirements.
• Strong communication and independent work skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily living activities and personal care.
• Support routines, meals, housekeeping, and safety.
• Encourage community involvement and personal choice.
• Maintain accurate documentation and reports.
• Transport clients to appointments or community events when needed.
