Qualifications

• Dependable, compassionate Direct Support Professional.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to engage adults with ID/DD.
• Valid New Jersey driver’s license in good standing.

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal care, meals, and daily living activities.
• Encourage independence, routines, hobbies, and community involvement.
• Complete electronic documentation and medication records on time.
• Safely transport individuals to appointments and community activities.
• Maintain a clean, welcoming home environment.
