Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Valid New Jersey driver's license in good standing.
• Strong communication, teamwork, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct support in residential settings during evening routines and activities.
• Assist with meals, medication support, and daily living tasks.
• Encourage independence, personal goals, and community engagement.
• Document notes and follow safety procedures per agency policy.
